Simply put, as two people who have high standards and are pretty hard to please at times we find ourselves delighted with Martin's work. Of course we already expect any workman/woman to be friendly, courteous and tidy. That's just a standard (and he is all of those) but Martin goes the extra mile in terms of his workmanship and his process. The workmanship cannot be faulted - he delivered exactly as we agreed, and the finish is tremendous. The process was excellent. He arrived and left when he said he would, and he was left alone to get on with the job. It was all so hassle-free.
